When you sign up for our services through CopyBotAI, you are authorizing us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you for your subscription. In order to complete the transaction, we may request additional information from you such as your credit card number, its expiration date, your email, and your postal address. By providing this payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use it.
When you initiate a subscription, you also authorize us to share your payment information with third parties and charge your payment method for the subscription you have selected (including applicable taxes and other charges). You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing the subscription process.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies communicated to you, and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms. All fees and taxes must be paid in US dollars.
If you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the annual subscription fee plus applicable taxes and other charges at the beginning of your subscription and each year thereafter at the then-current subscription fee. By agreeing to these terms and electing to purchase a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has recurring payment features, and you are responsible for all recurring payment obligations prior to cancellation of your subscription by you or CopyBotAI.
You can cancel your subscription for a full refund within ten (10) calendar days of your initial purchase. After that, your purchase is final, and you will not be able to cancel or receive a refund of your subscription fee at any time, except as provided in these Terms. If we cancel a transaction, we will refund any payment you have already made to us.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current subscription period, and you will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the current subscription period. To cancel, please email cancel@copybotai.com. You will be responsible for all subscription fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then-current subscription period. If you cancel, your right to use the services will continue until the end of your then-current subscription period and will then terminate without further charges.
(a) Posting Content. You may use our Services to store or share various types of content such as text, files, documents, graphics, images, music, software, audio, and video. This content, except for Feedback, is called "User Content." Copy.AI does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content, and these Terms will not limit any of your existing rights to your User Content.
(b) Permissions to Your User Content. By making User Content available through our Services, you grant Copy.AI, its licensors, and affiliates a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, host, store, copy, communicate, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publish, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content for the purpose of providing, operating, securing, and improving our Services. This license includes the right to sublicense.
(c) Your Responsibility for User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license to use your User Content. You also represent and warrant that your User Content and its use by Copy.AI will not infringe, misappropriate or violate any third-party intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy or publicity, or any applicable law or regulation.
(d) Removal of User Content. You can remove your User Content by deleting it. However, some User Content, such as posts or comments, may remain on our Services despite deletion, and we are not liable for the removal or deletion of any User Content.
(e) Your Use of Generated Content. Provided that you comply with these Terms, Copy.AI grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, sell, create derivative works, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform Generated Content for your lawful business purposes.
(f) Ownership of Intellectual Property. We may make content available through our Services that is subject to intellectual property rights, including Generated Content. We and our licensors retain all rights to that content. We may provide certain eligible users with the opportunity to try our paid Subscriptions for a limited time without charge ("Free Trial"). If you're offered a Free Trial, the terms of the trial will be provided to you during sign-up, and your use of the Free Trial is subject to those terms. Please note that some restrictions may apply to combining Free Trials with other offers. Free Trials are only available to users who haven't previously had a paid Subscription, unless otherwise specified in the trial terms. When you sign up for a Free Trial, you're also agreeing to a paid Subscription as described earlier. Therefore, unless you cancel your Subscription before the Free Trial period ends, we (or our payment processor) will begin charging your payment method on a recurring annual basis for the annual fee (plus applicable taxes and charges) at the end of the trial until you cancel your Subscription. To avoid charges to your Payment Information, you must cancel your Subscription before midnight Eastern Time on the last day of the Free Trial period. Instructions for canceling your subscription can be found in the "Canceling Your Subscription" section above.
